At Hunter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn boots in their original Hunter packaging and include any tags or accessories that came with your order.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
